Wyoming doesn’t ask for owner names there, and Easy LLC Setup signs as organizer, so the state’s business search shows your company name, us as organizer, and the registered agent. The one thing to watch is the address: your company’s office and mailing address are public, so use a mailbox or virtual address instead of your home.
Yes. Platforms, payment processors, and banks verify who you are, and the IRS knows who owns the company. That information stays with them. An LLC keeps your legal name out of the public business record that any stranger can search.
Completely legal. Wyoming has kept owner names off its filings on purpose for decades, and plenty of business owners use it for exactly this reason. Anyone with a legitimate reason to know who you are still can. You’re just not putting your legal name in a database for anyone to browse.
Once your LLC is formed, get its EIN (we prepare the application for you) and open a business bank account. Then you can invoice brands and agencies as the company and, where a platform allows business accounts, have payouts land in the company account.
You never have to live in or visit Wyoming. One honest caveat: some states expect a company run from inside their borders to register there as well, which can add that state’s fees. Check your home state’s rules or ask a CPA before you decide.
By default, no. A one-owner LLC’s profit flows onto your own return, the same as now. Wyoming adds no state income tax, but you still file federal and home-state returns. A CPA can tell you which of your work expenses count as business costs.
