These terms govern use of Easy LLC Setup websites and Wyoming LLC formation assistance. By submitting an application or paying a fee, you agree to them.
What we do
We prepare your formation documents (Articles of Organization, an operating agreement, and an EIN application if you ask for one), collect our fee and Wyoming’s state filing fee, and file with the Wyoming Secretary of State. When you place an order, you authorize us to sign and file your Articles of Organization as organizer. If you ask us to, we arrange a Wyoming registered agent for your company’s first year. The engagement is fully remote. We are not a law firm.
What we do not do
- We do not create the LLC. The State of Wyoming does
- We do not guarantee name availability, filing speed, or tax treatment
- We are not your attorney or CPA
- Annual reports, registered agent service after the first year, and other government fees after formation are yours
Your responsibilities
You must provide complete, accurate information and choose a lawful name. Name conflicts and rejected filings can require a new name and additional state fees. If you operate outside Wyoming, you are responsible for foreign qualification and taxes in those states.
Fees and payments
The posted assistance fee is $99 and the Wyoming Articles of Organization fee is $100, $199 at checkout, unless we confirm a different amount in writing. Online payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. The state fee is paid through to the Secretary of State and is not refundable once filed.
Refunds
If we have not yet filed with Wyoming, you may request a refund of an unused online payment by writing to hello@easyllcsetup.com. After we have filed, the assistance fee is earned unless required otherwise by law. State fees already paid to Wyoming are never refunded by us.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
State processing times, name rejections, and requests for additional information are outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for the website and assistance service is limited to the fee you paid us for the engagement.
