Easy LLC Setup (“we”) provides Wyoming LLC formation assistance. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used. We are a private service. The Wyoming Secretary of State, not us, creates the limited liability company.
Information we collect
When you apply or contact us, we collect:
- Your proposed company name, backup names, business category, and description
- Owner names and ownership percentages, and the manager’s name if the company has one
- The company’s principal office and mailing addresses
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your registered agent choice, or your existing agent’s Wyoming address
- Whether you want EIN help, and whether an owner has a U.S. Social Security number or ITIN (we do not ask for the number itself)
- Payment status and transaction identifiers if you pay online (we never see or store your full card number)
- Messages you send through the contact form
How we use it
- Prepare your Articles of Organization, operating agreement, and EIN application
- File with the Wyoming Secretary of State
- Process the assistance fee and state filing fee
- Send confirmation and status emails about your formation
- Notify our specialists so they can review and file your application
Service providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to host our records, process card payments through our third-party payment processor, send transactional email, and route internal notifications to our team. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. We share formation details with the Wyoming Secretary of State, and with your registered agent, as needed to file your company.
Retention
We keep formation records for as long as needed to complete the engagement and meet ordinary business-record expectations, then delete or de-identify them unless a longer period is required by law.
